15 mins walk to the center. Easy walk to Smoke and Anchor, where you can have lunch. Room was huge, we spent 3 nights.

An easy walk to royal bc museum that was our destination. Room was huge for us. James Bay neighborhood definitely deserves your time and attention. Decent prices, no complains at all.

such tourist sites as royal bc museum were right by the venue. we loved the location and the food. great beds in the rooms.
